In the middle of the fair day, the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) invites you to an hour in a slightly different rhythm. With live music and a glass of sparkling wine, you can step away from the bustle of the fair for a while, meet the MSC team and talk about what is happening today in the world of sustainable fishing.

You will be able to meet and talk with the MSC representatives:

• Marta Kalinowska – Country Manager, Poland and Central Europe. She is responsible for MSC cooperation with partners, retail chains and public administration.
• Tomasz Zakrzewski – Commercial Manager, Poland and Central Europe. He works with business partners, fisheries and companies from the fish and seafood processing and distribution sector.
• Gabriela Kotkowska – Marketing & Communication Manager, Poland and Central Europe. She is responsible for marketing campaigns, promotional activities and media relations.
• Luiza Haas – Digital Manager, Poland and Central Europe. She is responsible for digital communication, including social media activity, online campaigns and the website.

We invite processors, representatives of the fish and retail sector and everyone who wants to learn more about MSC certification, sustainable fishing, certified products and opportunities to work with MSC. It is also a good chance to simply come over, get to know us and talk, with no presentations and no formal conference format.

Music with a maritime accent

The music will be provided by Wojciech Dowgiałło, a baritone, opera and popular singer connected with the Tricity arts scene. A graduate of the Academy of Music in Gdańsk and an artist of the Baltic Opera, he moves freely between classical music, jazz, rock and the alternative scene. At POLFISH he will perform a repertoire with a maritime accent, prepared especially for the occasion.

Taking part in the MSC event is free of charge for POLFISH visitors. Registration for the fair is required.
