Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the Service to operate.
With regard to you, actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling for the provision of services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of direct marketing by the Administrator, may be taken.
Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means we send it outside the European Union.
The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data if supplied.
The service may save information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
The service may, in some cases, save information that facilitates linking the data in the form to the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the user's e-mail address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. for the purpose of handling a service request or commercial contact, service registration, etc. In each case, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is for.
Information on user behaviour on the service may be logged. This data is used for the administration of the service.
The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the service provider, only anonymised information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user's end device. With regard to user preference information collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow advertising messages to be tailored to the user's behaviour on the website. This may give the impression that personal data is being used to track the user, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to advertising operators. The technological requirement for such actions is that cookie support is enabled.
The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology informs Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) that a registered user is using the Service. In this case, it relies on data for which Facebook itself is the administrator. The operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
The operator uses a solution that examines user behaviour by creating heat maps and recording on-page behaviour. This information is anonymised before being sent to the service provider so that they do not know which individual it relates to. In particular, passwords and other personal data entered are not recorded.
The Operator uses a solution that automates the operation of the Service in relation to Users, for example, it may send an email to a User after they have visited a specific subpage, provided they have consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the Operator.
