It is with great pleasure that we inform you that we have launched an order system for exhibitors for the 18th International Fish and Food Fair POLFISH, which will take place on 9-11.09.2026.

On this day, only the installation of stand equipment and decoration work is permitted. However, any construction work or work causing dust in the halls is prohibited.
Dismantling of Exhibitors' Own Stands:
11.09.2026 from 16:30 to 22:00 12.09.2026 08:00 - 20:00
The core of the exhibition includes, among others, Polish producers and importers of fish, seafood, and ready-to-eat processed foods. The breeding and logistics sector is also widely represented, including feed producers, storage systems, and specialised transport.
An important part of the POLFISH trade fair is taken up by technology and equipment. Suppliers of processing machinery, packaging and solutions such as professional cleaning products or occupational health and safety clothing present their offer here. The whole is complemented by companies offering comprehensive equipment for fishmongers and cold shops. It is worth mentioning that, since the 17th edition, the range of exhibitors has also been extended to include companies from the broadly defined food industry.
