by registering online using an invitation code from the Issuer,
by purchasing through the registration system,
by registering or purchasing in the Reception Zone in Hall A during the trade fair.

No. The tickets are personal and assigned to a specific person. The organiser may ask for proof of identification.
Once an identifier has been generated, the ability to edit data may be limited. If changes are required, please contact the organiser before the start of the fair at polfish@amberexpo.pl. From 01.08.2026 it will no longer be possible to change the data on an identifier.
No. Purchased identifiers are valid only on the declared days of participation and cannot be changed after they have been issued.
Paid parking is available on the AMBEREXPO site. The number of spaces is limited.
Yes. There are food and drink outlets available for trade fair visitors at the AMBEREXPO venue.
