by registering online using an invitation code from the Issuer,
by purchasing through the registration system,
by registering or purchasing in the Reception Zone in Hall A during the trade fair.

Yes. On-site registration will be available at the Reception Area in Hall A. Payment is made by card only.

No. The tickets are personal and assigned to a specific person. The organiser may ask for proof of identification.
Once an identifier has been generated, the ability to edit data may be limited. If changes are required, please contact the organiser before the start of the fair at polifish@amberexpo.pl. . From 01.08.2026, it will no longer be possible to provide data by identifier.
No. Purchased identifiers are valid only on the declared days of participation and cannot be changed after they have been issued.
